Fighting Blight in Klondike — A New Challenge for the NPC
Our Neighborhood Preservation Clinic partnered with the Klondike Smokey City Community Development Corporation to fight blight in the North Memphis neighborhood.

BLSA Brings Bail Reform Panel to Memphis
Last fall, Memphis Law's Black Law Students Association (BLSA) partnered with the Equal Justice Now organization to bring a national slate of speakers to Memphis to join local leaders in a discussion about bail reform and overpolicing.

Professionally Published
Several Memphis Law students have recently found unique success in seeing their written work professionally published in highly regarded law review journals across the country.

Seeds of Justice
Black farmers across the South have fought against long odds and industry discrimination for decades. The Federal level response to this systemic racial discrimination has been abysmal. This is all part of the history of distrust, broken promises and discrimination between Black farmers and the USDA across multiple generations.
